KEEP FIT With Doug — Over 50’s Exercise!
Mondays — 2.00 – 3.00 pm
£2 per session.
Come along to Chalkhill Community Centre and join in one of our well-being / social events / exercise projects. Life is too short to stay indoors and mope about. Its lots of fun in our Centre and we welcome new people. You have nothing to lose in paying a visit to one of our sessions, but absolutely everything to gain. Need to get into shape and enjoy it? Why not come along to one of our classes Doug is our charming trainer and its lots of fun. If it’s your first try at Keep Fit and you get a bit out of breath you can start the classes sitting down.
So come along and give it a try.
BECOME A VOLUNTEER

Chalkhill Community Centre is looking for new volunteers to join our committed and friendly team. We are mainly looking for volunteer receptionists/administrators wishing to improve their skills and boost their confidence . This role would suit someone with previous office experience, but we are happy to consider any genuine applicant. We would expect volunteers to commit to a minimum of 4 hours per week and we contribute £5 per day towards expenses.
